These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of energysaver.it.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Adwin Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Pricing

Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and reflect the manufacturer's datasheet. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them (with a full refund).

2. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

3. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Returns

Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Limited Warranty

EnergySaver is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, disassembly, or use outside the rated voltage range. To make a warranty claim, contact support@coolconnectgear.com with your order number.

5. Proper Use of the Product

EnergySaver is intended for indoor residential use in standard 110–130 V US outlets. It is a supplemental surge-protection and line-noise filtering device. It is not a substitute for professionally installed electrical protection, and it does not reduce electricity consumption. Do not open or modify the unit.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logo) is owned by or licensed to Adwin Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
